1. What we collect

When you use YES Funnel we collect: your name, email, and password when you sign up. Payment information processed by Stripe (we never see your card number). Funnel data you create including leads submitted through your funnels. Usage data like page views and feature use.

2. How we use it

We use your information to: run your account and deliver the service. Send you emails about your leads and account (you can turn these off in settings). Process your subscription through Stripe. Improve the product.

3. Lead data

Leads captured through your funnels belong to you. We store them so you can access them in your dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use your lead data for any purpose other than showing it to you.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe for payment processing. Google if you connect Google Sheets. Resend to send you emails. These providers have their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. You can export your leads as a CSV from the analytics page.
