1. Using YES Funnel

YES Funnel is a software service for building quiz funnels and landing pages. By signing up you agree to use it lawfully and not to abuse or misuse the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.

3. Your content

Funnels and lead data you create belong to you. By using YES Funnel you give us permission to store and process that data to deliver the service.

4. Lead data and compliance

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when collecting lead data through your funnels. This includes obtaining appropriate consent and handling personal data lawfully.

5. Payment and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. We offer a 14-day refund on all paid plans if you are not satisfied.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use YES Funnel to collect data illegally, send spam, violate others' privacy, or build funnels that deceive visitors.

7. Limitation of liability

YES Funnel is provided as is. We are not liable for lost leads, missed business, or any indirect damages from using the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we will notify you by email.
